At Template & Thrive, we offer instantly delivered digital products, including templates, printables, bundles, and downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds on Digital Products
Digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical goods can.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the customer receives full use of the product permanently. For this reason, refunds are not possible, even if a customer decides they no longer want the item or cannot use it in the format provided.
This policy is standard across the digital-product industry to protect creators and prevent unauthorized distribution of downloadable content.

- Files may come in large ZIP folders and may require a desktop or cloud storage to download properly.

While refunds are not available, we absolutely provide support.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
We log email opens and download access to protect against fraudulent refund attempts since digital goods cannot be returned.
