At Template & Thrive, we offer instantly delivered digital products, including templates, printables, bundles, and downloadable files. Because of the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds on Digital Products
Digital products cannot be “returned” the way physical goods can.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, the customer receives full use of the product permanently. For this reason, refunds are not possible, even if a customer decides they no longer want the item or cannot use it in the format provided.
This policy is standard across the digital-product industry to protect creators and prevent unauthorized distribution of downloadable content.
Limited Refund Exceptions
While all digital product sales are final, we understand that rare technical or billing errors can occur. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following situations:

Duplicate charges for the same product caused by a system or payment error

Accidental multiple purchases of the same product made within a short timeframe

Billing errors where a customer was incorrectly charged due to a processing issue
If a refund is approved under these circumstances, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.
We log email opens and download access to protect against fraudulent refund attempts since digital goods cannot be returned.
